Working Principle
To fully understand the compound fertilizer production line and guide invest, Henan Hongji Mine Machinery Co.,Ltd. hereby take the responsibility to show our dear customers and friends the machines and whole line.
Compound fertilizer production process in general: stir ingredients, mixing, agglomerate crushing, material granulation, primary screening, particle drying, particle cooling and secondary particles grading, particles coating, finished product quantitative packing and so on.
1-Ingredients: 1, raw materials, generally can choose urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulphate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, and coarse whiting, calcium), potassium chloride, potassium sulfate and other raw materials prepare according to certain proportion(mainly determined according to the local market demand and the local soil test results);
2, stirring mixed, stir well the raw materials in order to improve the overall fertilizer particle with good uniform content, we need a horizontal mixer or disc mixture stirring mixer;
3, agglomerate grinding: grinding the raw material after mix, the large pieces or blocks of agglomeration, facilitate subsequent granulation processing, mainly use the chain crusher, cage mill etc.
4.Material granulating: after stir well and crushing good, material through the belt conveyor fed into granulator for granulation (such as rotary drum granulator, ,roll extrusion pelleting machine, disc granulator etc.), this step is essential in compound fertilizer production process, one of the most important section;
5.Primary screening: preliminary screening semi-finished products, substandard particles return to stirring mix section for reprocessing, drum screen is commonly used.
6, Granulates drying: the granulates after primary screening are feed into the dryer, dry the moisture contain in the particles, increase the intensity of particles, then they will be easy to storage and transport, general use drum dryer;
7, granulates cooling: after drying the fertilizer particle temperature is too high, easy to agglomerate, after cooling, facilitate bagging, preservation and transport, USES rotary drum cooler machine for cooling.
8. Secondary particles grading: particles after cooling, substandard particles through crushing granulation, again the qualified product screening, secondary drum screening machine available for screening;
9, finished product particles coating: coating qualified productsto increase the brightness and round, make the appearance more beautiful, general with coated machine for envelope
10, quantitative packing particles: finished particles via belt conveyer transport into bin storage for temporarily, then connect electronic quantitative packaging weighers, sewing machine, such as automatic quantitative packing seal bag, placed in the ventilated area for storage, to realize full automation.
