1. box feeder:
Box Feeder is one of feeder’s equipments which balances and rations the materials that you feed in. By adjusting the height of flashboard and the speed of conveyor belt, it will control the quantity of feed-in raw materials, balance pug and internal combustion material proportionally, and crush the large soft mud.
2. Roller Crusher
The brick roller crusher is one of series auxiliary brick making machines, it is used for crushing the raw materials such as clay, coal gangue Etc.
Function feature: Improving the quality of brick by crushing the raw materials more finely.
3. Double shaft mixer
1) Double shaft mixer is mainly used to mix the shale, coal gangue, and slag etc thoroughly by its two screw blade shafts. The main wearing parts are alloy wear-resistant material, and the mixing shaft has been heat treated, making the machine have a long service life and reducing its cost.
(2) Double shaft mixer is also applicable to the steaming fly ash brick production line, the aerated concrete block production line, and the clay brick vacuum extruder production line, chemical and mineral industry etc. .
4. Vacuum Extruder:
Vacuum extruding Hollow clay brick machine is suitable for producing all kinds of clay bricks with different sizes and types.
Clay brick making machine-double stage vacuum extruder is the best choice to produce clay bricks. With the advantages of strong extrusion pressure, vacuum extruder, replaceable mold, extracting the air form the raw material so that can guarantee the compactness of the raw materials.
5. Cutter
This machine is mainly used to cut mud which is squeezed into blocks by vacuum extruder during production.
