TCJ 450 vacuum extruder is our patent prodcut, used to produce clay paver. It also could used for ceramic pipe, hollow brick,ceramic thin board extruding.
The machine is equipped with vacuum pump to removes the air from the clay, improve the plastic and elastic of clay. The R. P. M of mixing auger and extruding auger is driven by variable frequency variable speed motor respectively, the R. P. M is adjustable per your production's requirement.
The machine have been widly used in most of all China roof tile,split tile manufacture, it have been proved its good quality, performance even more than developed country's.
