4 shaft drive,powerful and uniform exturd,patent product, water cooling systemModel TCJ310 4-Shaft Vacuum Extruder is a patented product with latest technology, the maximum extrusion can over 160kg/cm3,extrusion pressure is more than 10Mpa. We are the only one manufacure which master the technology for making this machine in China.
The machine is specialize in producing ceramic honeycomb(SCR catalyst for denitration) and terracotta panel(external wall). It also could used for ceramic roller rod, electric porcelains, hollow bricks, splitbrick, refractory materials, roofing tiles, Vitrified Tiles and so on.
The machine is equipped with vacuum pump to removes the air from the clay, improve the plastic and elastic of clay. The R. P. M of mixing auger and extruding auger is driven by variable frequency variable speed motor respectively, the R. P. M is adjustable per your production's requirement.
