Concrete hollow core slab making machine
Product Description:
Concrete slab making machine works on the long-line table, using the high-strength low- relaxation steel strand as the guide, using the pushing work method to firm the concrete hollow core slab. The slab have the advantages o smooth surface, high-density structure, capable of making construction slabs of 4.2m to 18m. The GLY serious concrete hollow core slab mainly used on the larger bay workshop, school, hospital shopping mall, office building, bulk storage plant etc.

Features:
1.The concrete product produced by HQJ machine can also be used as roof of houses with the materials of cement, sand and aggregate.
2.HQJ panel machine is a movable producing panel machine which need platform to move during production.
3.Thin steel wire will be placed into panel in advance before production. And this process is easy, not using tensile machine.
4.The machine is applied to the high tech. Extrusion technique can make the panels
more density and surface much smoother.
