Ultra Fine Powder Tube Chain Conveyor
Ultra Fine Powder Tube Chain Conveyor is that steel cord pipe style conveyor can be motivated by electric motor,diesel engine and gasoline motor. The power is generally 0. 36~ 7. 5 kW. Its main working parts driving system is made of steel cord and plastic round plate fixed on the rope. The round plate and round pipe compose into working space and there is one unique conveying chain wheel on the head and the tail of the conveyor. The driving system goes around the chain wheels in the head and the end and the driving apparatus through head wheels(or end wheels) to drive the driving system to do recycling movement in round pipe. The materials get into the hopper from the bottom, driven by driving system to the top exit while making eccentric force to throw out the materials to realize materials conveying. As the conveyor is enclosed, air driven by the round plate makes inner recycling movement to form negative effect. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
