Description

Tube chain conveyor is mechanically driven conveyors that 'drag' material in the tube.
They are designed to transfer powder, small particles materialor flowable bulk

materials from infeed points to discharge points through a totally enclosed conduit.

Tube chain conveyor can horizontal and inclined transport material.
It has rectangular shell, totally enclosed conveying, especially suitable for installed

outdoors, and on or under the storage silo.

For transporting toxic, explosive, high temperature and raise dust material,

improve the conditions of workers environment and reduce environmental pollution and has a

unique advantage.

Construction:

Hinged belt conveyors for conveying feedstuff is that steel cord pipe style conveyor consists of feeding apparatus,driving apparatus and exit apparatus(see the below picture).
By power machinery,the conveyor can reach the purpose of conveying dry powder and particles and is a kind of pipe conveyor.when conveying materials,all the conveying parts participate working.
The key is driving system.In the system,the round disc is made of polyurethane, having features of high strength, good wear resistance, heat resistance and maintenance ,low cost. Die-cast disc is made directly with wire rope as a whole to reduce the possibility of contaminated materials.
polypropylene / polyurethane material also can be used for the round disc.the wire rope can be in galvanized materials or 304 / T316 stainless steel material.
Traction device operating speed is about one-quarter of pneumatic conveying speeds, much higher than most other mechanical handling equipment.
The pressure sensor is mounted on the pipeline.
Under certain circumstances, the sensor sends information to control the conveyor to stop working.
