USE:
This machine set is used for producing LDPE and LLDPE stretch film, which is equipped with single screw, the extruded stretch film is both sides adhesive.
If the machine adopts double screws, the two hoppers should use different type of material,
one side of the extruded stretch film is adhesive and the other side is normal.
It is widely used for packing architecture and hardware parts etc.
FEATURE:
1.Screw and cylinder are all made of 38CrmoAIA alloy and treates by nitrogen.
It has advantage of corrossion resistance and endurance etc .
2.The cooling device adopts cycle water cooling :provide the best transparent effect of the stretch film.
1. Warranty
1 year limited warranty after installation.If the spare parts is broken in the warranty
period , we will send a free replacement parts to you .
2. Installation and Training
We can send 1-2 engineers to buyers factory to install and set up the machines and
training, but all the charges for the engineers should be paid by buyer.
