JBZ-D Paper Bowl Forming Machine is developed on the base of absorbing Korean newest paper bowl machine. It make big size paper bowl, such as soup bowl, fast noodle bowl etc. The procedure as follows: Automatic paper feeding, two step pre-heating, sealing, oil silicon lubrication, bottom Punching, two step bottom heating, knurling, curling and bowl discharge with photo-cell detection, failure alarm and counter.
