1. Dong Fang Introduction of Magnetic Iron Roll Separator Machine
High Gradient Magnetic Drum Separator is usually used for separating fine-grained iron magnetite from non magnetic materials.
High Gradient Magnetic Drum Separator 's composite magnetic system consists of high performance rare earth permanent magnet (main magnetic source) and ferrite permanent magnet. With a high magnetic field intensity, this machine can feed and discharge ore continually.
High Gradient Magnetic Drum Separator also has enough working clearance and high processing capacity.

2. Application of Magnetic Iron Roll Separator Machine
Magnetic field of CTNseries permanent magnetic cylinder Wet Magnetic Separator, Dry Magnetic Separator, Magnetic Seperator is divided into two structures: rotary and fixed type. Dongfang Wet Magnetic Separator, Dry Magnetic Separator, Magnetic Seperator
Fixed type is mainly applied for low-intensity magnetic field to separate strong magnetic minerals with fine particle, or remove strong magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals. When slurry is poured into magnetic field area, strong magnetic minerals are absorbed on the surface of cylinder, weak and strong magnetic minerals are removed successively, and strong magnetic minerals that absorbed on cylinder are taken out with the rotation of ellipse cylinder. Rotary type is applied for dry separation of strong (middle strong) magnetic minerals with fine granularity, high speed rotation enables rolling numbers of magnetic particles to be greatly higher than that of common magnetic separator, which has favorable effect on destroying magnetic agglomeration, improving high-grade ore ration. Minerals are separated into magnetic and non-magnetic ones after being separated; they remove 6-0mm ore granularity of rough and concentration from its own ore discharge outlet.
