Operation :
1.Before putting the raw materials into the machine, you must make sure that the ma
-chine has been checked for norma working.
2.If the machine is stopped,such as power cut,the material laying in the machine befo
-re should be cleaned out.
3.The frequency of feeding material should be stable,the frequency going up and dow
-ning is not allowed.
5.Check all the bolts regularly to make sure that the bolts are tight.
6.If the bearing parts are damaged,they should be taken place by new ones immediate
-ly.
7.When the machine is working, you should pay attention whether there’s abnormal
-sounds or high temperature,if it happens,you should stop and check in time.
8.While checking or repairing the machine,you should take out the V-belts.
