1.Products description
QC12K series CNC hydraulic guillotine shears adopts welded steel structures.After
welding,it will go through annealing treatment.The frame uses whole welded steel structures
which has good strength,stiffness and vibration resistance.Using German technology to
eliminate internal stress,then optimization design with the assistant of computer.The framework
uses sanding for rust removal,and spray antirust coating.
2.Features
1.Bottom blade is rectangle,which can use four edges to shearing and extend working life of blade.
2.Work table equiped with auxiliary cutter holde,which convenient to microadjustable.
3.It is easy to operate with bowl feed at work table .
4.Blade gap adjustment by the infinite institutions to meet defferent thickness and materials
shearing demands.
5.Adjusting the shearing stroke can improve the machining efficiency and realize nibbling shear.
6.Shearing times can count automatic,which reduce clear pixel work.
7.Precise positioning,worm drive,the same heart of polished and screw,no noise.
8.The machine use welded steel structure,hydrauclic transmission,energy storage return,which
making the machine operate convenient,performance reliable and a beautiful shape.
9.Indicator based adjustment of gap of blade is convenient and fast.Aligning by light,the stroke
of blade beam can be adjusted in stepless mode. (Optional configuration) The machine uses protection fence for safe operation and size of
rear blok stop and shearing numbers has digital display apparatus.
10.The framework uses welded steel structures which is sturdy and durable.And it uses
accumulator oil cyliner return which is stable and fast.
11.With stepless adjustment itinerery features upper and lower blade edge of space
with handle conditioning,blade gap evenness difficult to adjust.
12.Guard and electric interlock to ensure safe operation .CNC numerical control
systemand position emcoder closed-loop control system have fast speed,high precise,good
stable and ensure back-gauge displacement size precisely.Also, numerical control system has
a variety of additional function ,for example, compensation function and automatic detection.
3.Hydraulic press system
1.Advanced integrated hydraulic system reduce the pipeline installation and ensure the high
reliability and safety in the operation of the machine tool.
2.Metarial-press system:It install in front of the rack on the supporting plate after severial
material cyliner inlet pressure.Pressure is expected to head down after overcome the
torsion spring tension and then pressure plate.After shearing ,with the help of the torsion
spring tension it will be reseted.The size of the pressure-plate-
force will be increased with shear plate thickness.By servo motor driving to adjust back-
gauge.After gear reducing speed,then driving by ball screw.
