Character
--Steel-welded structure , vibration to eliminate stress, with compact construction, light weight and good rigidity.
--The moving orbit of the blade beams inclines forwards to the supporting surface of the bottom blade, so you can gain fine shear surface. Jacking screws of the top blade provide a fine adjustment to minimize “rag” or “burring” on the edge of the sheared material.
--The top blade moves through slide guide as fulcrum, it accomplish cutting function through up and down reciprocating driven by eccentric wheel.
--The main electric elements are world famous brands of Siemens, the characteristics are steady and reliable.
--The hold-down assembly adopts the butterfly springs and there are antiskid blocks in the hold-down device, thus pressure is bigger but it won’t damage the surface of sheet material.
--The machine is driven by an independent, totally enclosed gearbox mounted directly on the main shaft . Its construction is compact and the gear is well lubricated with low noise and long life.
Performance
This machine is used for straight sheet material . Metal materials should be mild steel whose Max. tensile strength shall be less than 450N/mm2, non-metallic materials include rubber, plastic etc. The temperature of hot-shorn sheet material should be less than 50°C. At full load, the machine only works on single stroke. When the machine shears the materials with higher tensile strength , cutting thickness should be reduced correspondingly.
This machine is widely used for shearing thin materials in the general mechanical industry , electric machine , electric appliance, automobile and light industry.
This machine is different from the traditional driving methond of mechanical shears, its one of the most advanced mechanical shears and enjoys good reputation both at home and abroad. A breakmotor driving through a shaft mouted speed reduction unit and controlled by as delector switch for single or continuous stroke pronides quiet instantaneousing agemint, the lower cutting angle and inclined shearing direction reduces bowing and twist to a minimum, blade clearance is easily set by a manually operated"quickset" device, its an ideal truecut machining equipment of sheet metal and nonferrous sheet metal.
