Usage: This machine can be used for Screen Printing of mist glass and concaved mist glass.

Performance: a semiautomatic machine both electrical control and gas control was used, with hand feeding and baiting. Simple operation, low cost and low power.

Working Principle of  Automatic Screen Printing Machine for automotive glass

According to the need of production technology, Mengsa cream, protection printing ink or other chemical materials can be printed uniformly on glass through the screen by 1# and 2# scrapers, and the glass would be protected or mist.

Installation and Debugging of Automatic Screen Printing Machine for automotive glass

1) An air compressor with capacity of 0.2-0.3 m3/min should be additionally used, and the air pressure should be controlled between 4 to 8 kg/cm2.

2) Adjust the platform carrier to horizontal with deviation less than 0.1mm/m, the extension track <3> of platform carrier must be connected to the device by screw bolt, and the carrier should be moved flexibly.

3) The working range of the air pressure meter on the electrical control cabinet must be between 2 to 4 kg/cm2.

4) Air pressure when scrapers operating must be controlled at 2-2.5kg/cm2.

5) Move the scrapers stand to the direction indicated by the electrical control cabinet, and stop the stand at the side near the cabinet.
