New burr-free cutting machine successfully developed by Chenzhou Sanke Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.
At present, there are two sorts of pipe cutting machine exist in the pipe mills factories.
The first one is a grinding wheel cutter, although this kind of tube cutting machine have high cutting efficiency, lots of cutting burr on both cutting cross face of the steel tube, so it required to do the smooth process to the burr face, then the cut off cost at almost USD0.015 of each pipe.
The second one is metal circular saw blade cutting machine, this cutting machine make the pipe cutting face no burr, but the circular saw blade is too expensive, and not durable, need to repeatedly grinding tooth shape. if not grinding the tooth shape, the steel pipe end face still have burr, this not only affect the production efficiency,but also the pipe cutting costs are high, then the cut off cost at almost USD0.015 of each pipe.
According to the above mentioned situation, our company has developed a new type of burr-free cutting machine, the cutting machine work with high efficiency, easy operation, burr-free of the cutting section , do not need artificial flat again, besides, the special grinding wheel is cheap, enable low cost of pipe cutting, each steel pipe cutting costs only around USD 0.0035. A relative small scale factory which equipped 10 production lines can save cost at least USD 16000 per year, the cost of equipment investment can be earned within one year.

The main features
The cutting cross face of stainless steel pipe is flat, smooth and burr-free, don't need to process again
The cutting saw wheel is special purpose abrasion wheel, which needn’t to grinding sharp, can continuously use until it become useless.
