10) Attention:  Soon after the sampling,turn the tube 180^o upside down,shaking and mixing 6-8 times,the blood will be coagulated within 10-30 mins and then it should be centrifugated 5-10 mins. 

11) Centrifugation time: 5 min.

2. Product feature

With stable performance and of high quality,the coagulant evenly spreads within the internal wall of the blood collection tube.

Then the blood specimen will sufficiently contact with it when entering the tube,which avoids fibrous protein precipitates and hemolysis due to insufficient coagulation and uneven coagulation speed,

and which also avoids sinking in the bottom because of oversize particles or floating on the surface because of undersized particles,polluting the blood specimen.
