2. Details
1) Application: It is used for collecting and holding the blood specimen during the biochemistry examination.
2) Specimen type: Blood serum.
3) Cap color: Yellow.
4) Material: Glass/PET.
5) Additive: Gel and Clot activator
6) Stroage temperature: 4-25 °C.
7) Max vacuum tolerance: ± 10%
8) Attention: Soon after the sampling,turn the tube 180o upside down,shaking and mixing 6-8 times,the blood will be coagulated within 10-30 mins and then it should be centrifugated 5-10 mins.
3.Instruction
1) Collecting blood specimen and placing 10 mins,make the blood coagulated as below picture:
2) Centrifuging: 3000g centrifugal force, centrifuging 10 mins,the serum will be separated from blood as below:
