SECTIONS OF MACHINE:
Feeder: The high quality and high speed feeder installation, custom-made in Japan, ensures the stabilization and smoothness of sheet feeding operation.
Register Board: The incline-type paper-moving table top, together with the reduction gear and the positioning device, allows for more smoothness of sheet paper.
Cross foil pay-off system: Cross foil pay-off system driven by servo motor for the Max. shoving of foil. Foil rewinding rollers located at operation side for the ease and convenience of machine operation.
Delivery brush: Delivery brush rollers for longitudinal direction foil can be used for different width foils. And blasting nozzles for oil operation and the other operation parts are marked out more reasonable and convenient to operate.
Longitudinal direction: With 3 foil feeders, each controlled by a servo motor. Foil feeding system with less turning. Points in foil path, consistent foil tension and less foil elongation.
Honeycomb chase: High heat resistance, high dimensional stability. With foil guide roller for smooth foil advance.
Hot foil stamping control station: Adopted CE standard, including all kind of hot foil stamping setting, efficient and effective setting.
Electric and safely device: The electronic designed base on Mitsubishi PLC moniforiug and Self-diagnostic system with information display screen. Electronic detectors on entire machine ensure the highest safety of equipment and operators. All electronic and electrical parts have CE approved.
Delivery: The automatically aligning assembly, together with the brush and the jet blower system, allows for the more tidiness and perfection of sheet paper pile up.
