Generally,water treatment equipment consists of raw water pretreatment system, reverse osmosis purification
system consists of ultra purification after treatment systems. The purpose of pretreatment is to make raw water meet the water requirements of reverse osmosis membrane module, ensure the stableoperation of the reverse osmosis purification system. Reverse osmosis membrane system removes morethan 98% ions, organics and 100% of
microorganisms in raw water (in theory) It is the most cost-effective method for purification.
According to the raw water quality report and the output water quality requirement of the customer,
we can provide you a full range of configuration about purified water equipment.
The Process Water Treatment System:
1. Raw water pump
provide the pressure to sand/carbon filter
2. Sand filter
get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on
3. Carbon filter
Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on
4. Micron filter
Prevent any deposition of large Particles, some bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane,
The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter,
impurity.
5. High pressure pump
Provide the high pressure to RO membrane, at least 2.0 MPA
6. RO system
Main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99%
ions.

A: we can dispatch our engineer to your factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer.
