Through the motor’s positive-negative rotating to drive the cycloidal two-speed reducer and drive the drum forward and reverse rotating, which makes the polish rod linked with belt that covering drum do vertical reciprocating motion, then polish rod drives the pump swabbing oil. One end of belt links with polish rod, another end links with counterweight box. According to the indicator diagram or running current curve to adjust the weight of counterweight box, realizing precise balance
