Allied Power ozone generator technology advantages:
1. Adopt high frequency power supply system which made by us strict quality control. It is smaller, low electric consumption and high efficiency than other medium frequency or low frequency power supply system.
2. We introduce international micro-gap discharge technology, quartz glass tubes honeycomb discharge. Quartz glass tubes produce ozone with high efficiency than enamel tubes. High dielectric constant is not easy be punctured by high voltage. So quartz glass tubes working life is longer than enamel tubes or plates.
3. Compare to air cooling system, our water cooling system with good cooling effect. It could improve ozone output and concentration.
4. Pure oxygen as gas feed, our highest ozone concentration could reach 230mg/h.
5. When ozone concentration is 100mg/h, electric consumption is 7Kw/(kg*h)
6. Wecon PLC micro computer control, touch screen human-machine display.
7. Adopt stainless steel 304 ozone reaction cavity and stainless steel 316 discharging tubes.
