1.Electric flat carriage used indoors is one type of electric transportation vehicle with rails. It has good features such as simple structure, convenient operation, large loading capacity, easy maintenance and long service life. For the good advantages such as convenience, economic and practical, cleaning easily, it has become the preferred means of transportation for frequently handling heavy goods in the workshops and between workshops.
2.The power supply type of traveling mechanism can be classified into cable drum, low-voltage rail, tunnel slide wire and accumulator(for small capacity electric flat carriage).
Main Features
1.The equipment consists of electrical device, flat carriage frame, traveling mechanism and frame fittings.
2.Electrical device is made up of resistor, control cabinet (box) and control handle.
3.Flat carriage frame consists of end carriage, intermediate connecting beam and pallet surface.
4.Motor, brake, reducer, transmission shaft, coupling and wheel group compose the traveling mechanism. Or adopt three-in-one reducer to directly drive wheel group.
5.Frame fittings have guard plate and rail sweeper etc.
Main Technical Parameter
Main technical parameters of electric flat carriage includes seven items, namely type of power supply, rated capacity ,pallet surface size and height, rail length, rail distance, operation mode. They can be designed according to the requirements of customers but it shall be noted when ordering product.
