Heat transfer (heat sublimation)printing ink is environmental printing ink.It is suitable for all kinds of domestic and imported gravure machine printing and thermal transfer.Gravure thermal sublimation ink as gas phase transfer color printing ink,gravure press will be avaiable design printed on kraft paper or offset paper then heat transfer in textile fabrics,it donot have to wash after the design transfer,solve the water pollution problem of traditional printing,fabric,fabric printing effect after printing color image is clear,colorfull rich,good color fastness and washing resistance,no crack,no fade.

Using 40g/m² kraft paper gravure printing.
Using thermal transfer machine or flat hot stamping pyrograph machine.
Gravure 15-35 second/25ºC(tu 4 #cup),fast printing speed,lower viscosity.Available for dilution and lower viscosity,use the ink oil diluted color.
Divided into two big series,special color and four pure colors.Its advantage performance are not identical.Can reduce the product cost to minimum,make the products more bright-coloured.more vivid image,it is more convenient to use.
The gas phase transfer printing:
Transfer according to different cloth,temperature and pressure should be adjusted,the following table lists the gravure printing ink on the transfer paper,and then transfered to the operating conditions on the base material list (for reference)
