- This product belongs to the environmental printing ink,apply to NY,PET such as printing substrate,meet the low speed to high speed range of the printing.
- Applicability is wide,use for light packaging,cooking and steaming food package.Resistance to 100°C water cooking for 30 minutes and 121°C high temperature boiling for 30 minutes.
- The product has the stable adhesion fastnes and strength of composite.
- Printing abaptability is excellence,high gloss,shallow version of transfer and ink performance is good,rub resistance and scratch resistance performance is good.
- Donot contain benzene,ketone solvents,good solvent release,less residual solvents,in line with the requiremnts of relevant national laws and regulations.
- Especially suitable for hierarchical overprint.
White Ink
Fast drying:Ethyl ester 80, N-propyl ester 20
Standard drying: Ethyl ester 50, N-propyl ester 50
Slow drying: Isopropanol 20, N-propyl ester 60, Butyl ester 20
Color Ink
Fast drying:Ethyl ester 70, Isopropanol 10, N-propyl ester 20
Standard drying: Ethyl ester 40,Isopropanol 10, N-propyl ester 50
Slow drying: Isopropanol 20,N-propyl ester 50,Butyl ester 30
Comment:Dilution solvent composition and proportion should be according to the printing speed and environmental temperature as corresponding adjustment,above dilution solvent ratio scheme for reference only.
White ink: # 3 Zahn cup (25 degrees C) : 20-30 seconds
Color ink: # 3 Zahn cup (25 degrees C) : 14-30 seconds
18 kg /Barrel (color ink) ,20 kg/Barrel (white ink)
