Chain Bucket Elevator Introduction
HL series of chain bucket elevator is a type of ring chain, which adopts the model of centrifugal unloading and dig-loading. And its traction mechanism is two circular chains. In our company, this series is suitable for vertical conveying of the materials with the bulk density less than1.5 t/m³, the powdery and granular materials are easy to dig, and the small lump materials have low abrasiveness, like coal, cement, gravel, sand, chemical fertilizer, and grains, etc. Besides, it can convey the materials with the temperature below 250℃.
Working Principle
The hopper scoop up the materials from the stock bin below the elevator , and then covey it up to the head through the chain,and throw the material out the discharge throat.The empty buckets then continue back down to the boot to continue the circle.

1.Adopting inflow feeding and guide discharging,so the drive power is small and low energy consumption;
2.It can elevate many kinds of materials,such as coal,cement,sand chemical fertilizer,etc.and it has the good sealing,less environmental pollution;
