Characteristics

 

1 Automatic microcomputer control system, 5.1 inches LCD key-press screen (touch screen is optional), while only six touch keys. animation displays friendly.

2 One machine can produce 2 or 3 kind of water: 3rd,2nd,1st Type laboratory water (water quality is optional).

3 Three way online monitor the inlet water, RO water, ultra pure water quality in real time.

4 Full automatic complete machine sterilization.

5 Timing automatic/manual cleaning; it’ll alarm if water is full; automatic powr-off when short of water, automatic inner cycle, automatic detection of faults.

6 It will alarm when the water quality is overproof or the machine leaks water. 

7 When power-on, the system will quickly reach to 18.25MΩ/cm@25°C stable water quality, water saving, energy saving, time saving.

8 Double stage passwords protection: factory’s and customer’s, the system settings are protected by passwords to prevent unauthorized modifies.

9 Show consumables’ usage and the remaining time, automatic remind of due replacing consumables, to avoid decline of water quality.

10 RS232 interface record, print, computer monitor history water intaking record (optional).

11 Get water in fixed time and fixed quality(time:1-99min; fixed quality:0.1-18.2MΩ.cm).

12 Core components are imported from International brands.

Note

1,If user has pure water or distilled water with conductivity <10μs/cm they can use FCR entering distilled water type ultrapure water machine, its water production can reach 20-90 L/h, while the producing water parameters are the same with the ones in table above.

2, If users consume water more than 200L/h, Flom Industrial series (ultra)pure water system will be a better choice. If users need more production equipment, please contact us.
