CM series SMT intelligent strip cutting machine is used for patch material recycling.There is no built-in recovery function of the placement machine as usual.Recycling waste material is done with garbage can, personnel use the scissors to cut off the hand. And SMT strip cutting machine is completely replace manual cutting strip with rule collection. Without dedicated facilities placed waste of material, it can do the same work efficiently.
The machine features:
1. Microcomputer intelligent control blanking time delay, and two kinds of patterns :time delay shear belt and sensor model (with board pasted on shear band);
2. Without gas supply, the use of gear motor, high torque, compared to conventional pneumatic cutting tape machine, because the pneumatic high frequency, the high consumption of compressed air, high cutting material cost, high consumption devices in addition to the cost of the blade, not easy to control the produce cost .
3. New cutting machine is suitable for the SMT various material, from 0.04 mm film to 1.5 mm thick belt can be easily cut;
4. Stable performance: imported hard tooth shape HSS cutting tools, similar to the principle of scissors, cut off all kinds of material, stable and durable, effective shearing width is 680 mm;
