Introduction

• This machine has four filling heads, which are drived by four cylinders, it is faster and more accurate to filling materials.
• Adopt the pneumatic part of Germany FESTO and Taiwan Airtac, and the electric control part of Taiwan. Performance is steady. The part contacting materials is made of 316L stainless steel.
• Adopt the photoelectric eyes device of Korea S., Taiwan PLC, touch-sensitive screen, frequency converter and French electric apparatus components.
• Adjustment is convenient, and filling carried out only with bottles fed, filling volume is accurate and with count function. Adopt filling head of anti-leakage and anti-pull, filling lifting system of anti-high blister products, orientation system of guaranteeing bottleneck orientation and liquid location control system.
