Application:
Automatic plastic pipes workshop fitting welding machine SHG630/315 with printing function is suitable for fabricating elbow, tee, cross and wye shape (45°and 60°) Fittings of PE, PP, PVDF in workshop.
Features:
1. Removable PTFE coated heater.
2. Electric facer with safety limit switch.
3. Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes.
4. Separate two-channel timer can show both of soaking and cooling time.
5. High-accurate and shockproof pressure meter indicates clearer readinds.
6. Pivoting facer and heater bring Convenience to placing and removing.
7. Complies with 98/37 and 73/23 EEC standards.
8. New function: Automatic machine can print out all the technical parameters as soon as the welding finished
