Features: practical; stable processing; highly speed; high efficiency; better surface quality. Online adjusting tool holders. Full-automatic online loop-locked control of material diameter can be achieved if more control points are added. The whole line of the equipment owns high degree of automation. Turning speed of materials can reach 1-12m/min. The equipment possesses automatic and manual control systems, and the two systems can be interlocked in usage.
New-generation products of centerless lathe series independently developed by Yantai Haige Machine Tools Co., Ltd are mainly used for the skin processing of long and round metal materials, including round steel (tubing) etc. They can rapidly wipe off the defects of bars, such as surface crack, oxide layer and decarburized layer. Furthermore, they can produce high-quality bar, tubing, and wire rod of metal brightness with high precision and surface roundness. The efficiency is several times to more than ten times superior to conventional craft, greatly reducing numbers of workers and equipment cost.
