It can process work pieces with inner diameters from Ø40 to Ø250 and the lengths of 1.5m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 6m, 9m, and 10m.

3. It is more than 40~80 times for honing machine
CNC Piston Rod Polishing Machine
it mainly applied to polish before and after the plating of picton rods by pass-type dry polishing
1. it can process diameter range from 20mm to 130mm
2. high degree of automation, automatic loader and lunloader
3. high precision, Ra0.2~0.85
4. 6 sets polishing heads, including the first 4 sets multi-leaf wheels, the fifth set linen wheel and the sixth set contton wheel.
Round steel bar automatic production line
To turn black bar into bright bar with required surface finish and dimension.
Processing Technology as follows:
PreStraightening→Peeling→Precision Straightening→Grinding→Polishing→Cutting
1. 1 set prestraightening machine + 1 set peeling machine + 1 set precision straightening machine (see the below left-hand picture)
2. 2 sets peeling machine + 1 set precision straightening machine (see the below right-hand picture)
