1.Product Introduction
Ceramic filter ensures high productivity and superior process results for mining applications. Efficient dewatering and washing, competitive investment costs, low installation and operating costs, and high environmental and personnel safety protection. These specialities make the equipment be used well in the actual environment.
Ceramic filter discs are structured with sintered alumina sectors that have a membrane with uniform micropores that create suction through capillary action. This microporous filter medium allows only liquid to flow through. The filtrate is drawn through the ceramic discs as they are immersed into the slurry bath, and a cake forms on the surface of the discs.
2.Characteristics:

(5).Corundum is adopted for distributing valve. Mirror-surface treatment ensures good air-tightness and anti-friction(patent)
(6).The agitator is installed on the bottom of the slurry basin, usually we use the shaving rake to prevent the deposition. For the heavy materials , we empolder the gas combine agitator system, which improves the agitate effect.(patent)
(7).Computer control system and touch screen combining with PLC control system is adopted, accomplish automatic control of feeding, filtration, cleaning and sharing acid. Variable frequency control is taken for agitator and principal axis speed reducer.
(8).Ultimate vacuum is achieved by adopting two-stage vacuum system, which makes a lower moisture of filter cake. Various modes are optional for vacuum systems such as free fall, auto drainage(patented)
(9).Ceramic plate is cleaned wiht combination of ultasonic and chemical detergent which ensures the hi-efficient filtration.(patented)
