TC precise Ceramic Vacuum Filter

TC series ceramic vacuum filter is a new model high-effect,saving-energy filteration equipment, which is gathering the machinery-power minihole ceramic ultralonic technology into one. The capillary action dewatering system is exceptionally versatile for the mineral and mining industries. The disc material is inert, resistant to almost all chemicals and slurry temperatures, and has a long operational life .

 

Ceramic filter ensures high productivity and superior process results for mining applications.

Efficient dewatering and washing, competitive investment costs, low installation and operating costs, and high environmental and personnel safety protection.

 

Ceramic filter discs are formed with sintered alumina sectors that have a membrane with uniform micropores that create suction through capillary action. This microporous filter medium allows only liquid to flow through. The filtrate is drawn through the ceramic discs as they are immersed into the slurry bath, and a cake forms on the surface of the discs.

 

Characteristics:


  1. High vacuum degree (0.090.098MPa), filter cake has low water content
  2. Solid content of liquid <50ppm, repeated application is available, drainage is lessened.
  3. It can save 90% energy or above in contrast with traditional filter with low consumption and low cost.
  4. Filter cake cleaning process is added to clean proper materials.
  5. It combines PLC, computer and automatic valve control with high automatization and labor force has been lowered.
  6. Close structure, cover less floor area, convenient installation and maintenance
  7. Advanced drainage system fits for any working state.
