||
1. Body of the room
It use the anti-flaming and full insulation heat-preserving plate made by single complex forming of EPS color powder painted steel by advanced equipment and technology of the world. It boasts good heat-preserving performance, low coefficient of thermal conductivity, lightweight, vivid color, and long service life up to 20 years. The appropriate airtight technology can ensure the firmness and air tightness thus can effectively prevent the heat dissipation and dust permeation from outside.
2. Base combination
It uses the structure of big truss zinc coating steel plate which is high strength, good looking, endurable, and not limited by the place due to its placement in left ,right and rear side.Thus it ensures the customers' long-term return with one time investment.
3. Lighting system
In order to allow the operators to operate in a shadowless condition, it uses Philips lighting tube and special electronic ballast designed for baking room by specialists. The illuminance can reach up to 800 Lux, and the separate control switches set on the left and right side are economic and practical .
4. Unique big area air filtering system
The whole system uses the design of advanced technology of the world, it can allow the air inside the baking room be filtered evenly and purified, and ensure the wind speed and air pressure inside of the cabin to be under best condition, meanwhile it creates cleaner working environment.The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10 μm. Ceiling filters capture granules larger than 4 μm. Its filtering rate reaches 98%.
5. Import rotor centrifugal F class insulated blower fan manufactured by Simens Technology
It has low noise and big air volume. It ensures that the average flow velocity of the air in the operation areas is about 0.35m/s, thus satisfying the formation requirements of the paint film and improving the utilization factor of the paint; meanwhile, it can satisfy the requirements of air cleanliness, and ensure the health of the workers in the operation areas; besides, the positive pressure in the room can effectively prevent dust from permeating into the operation areas, thus ensure the quality of paint spraying.
6. Original Italian Burner
It can improve the utilization factor of energy greatly by using light oil burner, and ensure the non-pollution to the environment, with the characteristics as follows: big heat exchange area ,sufficient combustion, and high heat efficiency , safe and reliable.
7. Hot wind recycling system
Through the heating of recycling fresh air, it can increase the temperature form 20℃to 60℃for only 5-6minutes, which saves the energy, makes the heated air be high heat quantity per unit volume and distribute evenly, thus ensure the constancy inside of the room. System adopt SUS 304 stainless steel,welding type is argon arc welding.
8. Imported original Swiss "BELIMO"automatic air door/throttle
It ensures the accurate and smooth transition between internal and external cycle, and have long heat preserving time, saving oil and saving power consumption.
9.Safety device for air overpressure
It can ensure that the door of the baking room can be automatically opened to relieve the pressure when the pressure inside becomes too high to ensure the safety of the operators.
10. The control box of control system is the control center in the whole spray booth
All the elements of control box adopt DELIXI brand, the whole machine are stable, reliable, Every control status can be accurately display the temperature and drying time inside the baking room,meanwhile it can meet the requirements of spraying and baking in constant temperature through one time setting.
11. Water curtain
Water curtain is designed to adsorb the wasted mist when spraying. While the odour and the mist also can be extracted outside of the room after multilayer filter to cleanse the painting line and the environment and to keep the cleaning of workpieces.
