Cabin System:
1. Wallboard: EPS (epispastics polystyrene) Colorful Steel Skin Boards, 50mm Thick, Tongue & Groove construction, Compound Construction, Aluminum-alloy Frame. Anti-flame and Heat-Insulation;
Note:
--75mm thick EPS is available too
--With 50mm Rock WOOL, the booth will have a better insulated perfornace
2. Basement: Galvanized Steel Assemble, Height is 300 mm. Full grids. Two Embossed Steel Ramps: 1060x1750mm (WxL)
Note -- Considering difficulty of moving work pieces, No Basement structure is OK too
Generator setting type: Side upper intake air, powder quadrate steel frame, coated steel.
--Note: We can put the cabinet on the right/ left /back or even on top of the roof if the space is limited.
It is also a good solution to put the generator out of the workshop by breaking through the wall.

Purification System: Dual filtering structure, the primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter can capture granules bigger than 4μm. Its filtering rate reaches 98%. Air pressure balance gauge, TSP≤1.2mg/m3;
Environmental System: Multi-Layer Fiberglass Filter, active-carbon.
Heating System:
1. Burner: RIELLO G20 oil burner, heating productivity: 200000 Kcal/h, 1 set.
2. Heat Energy Converter: stainless steel heat exchanger, argon arc welding;
3. Max Temp: 80℃. Anti-explosion hole for protection. Electric damper from spraying to baking cycle.
Light System: Ceiling lights: 8 units×3pcs×36w; Side lights: 8 units×2pcs×36w
Controlling System: Lighting switch, spraying, risen-temperature spraying, baking, temperature controller, time setting, emergency stop, limited-temperature controller.

A. All of the machines in our factory can be customized. If you have any other requirements of the machine, please feel free to contact me. We can design it for you.
B: Payment terms: T/T. 30% in advance after order confirmed, 70% in balance before
shipment.
C: Delivery time: To effect shipment within 7 days after the receipt of deposit.
D:Warranty time: 1 year. During warranty time, we will deliver free spare parts through courier on our account if there happened to be any fault caused by our products' quality.
E: Installation guide: To ensure successful installation, we provide free step by step installation guidance in computer-assisted design for each booth ; also we provide a drill installation for every booth at our workshop. And we took pictures of each installation step

A: The complex installation is already finished before delivery, what you need todo is finishing the simple procedures according to the installation instructions

A: Commonly the lead time will be within 10 working days after receiving 30% deposit by T/T.
