Introduction of Chute Feeder 

Chute Feeder can be set up on the ground and can also be hoisting the ore bin on the discharge port. The chassis of the trough does the reciprocating movement, its frequency of stroke is 20-60 times/min and the stroke is 20-200mm. The stroke can be adjusted by the eccentric wheel to make proper adjustments and the eccentricity is half of the stroke. According to some dressing works production practice, for cohesive ore, eccentricity should not be less than 30mm and feed trough width should be about 2-2.5 times of the maximum particle size. The largest chute feeder can meet the feeding of the ore whose granularity is less than 500mm. Most common specification is 980×1240 through feeder, with feeding granularity between 350-0mm, which is the best partner of 400*600 jaw crusher.
