Composition:
Reduction gearbox, collapsible drum expanding or shrinking hydraulically, over arm separator, main drive, hold down device, base.
Structure:
Single cantilever drum type, expand or shrink hydraulically, The reduction gearbox is a horizontal type with three-phrase speed deceleration. Lifting and descending of hold down device is driven by hydraulic cylinder.
Material: Reduction gearbox main body is welded together with steel plates, processed qualitatively. Arc-shaped plates of the drum are made of 45# steel plates with aging, hardening and tempering treatment to achieve hardness of HB240~267. Pyramid ZG45 goes through aging, hardening and tempering treatment to be HB220~248. The shaft is made of 40Cr steel with forging, deep hole drilling, aging, hardening and tempering treatment to be HB240~270. Low-speed gear is made using 40Cr while high-speed gear 35CrMo,with hardening and tempering treatment to achieve HB247~278 and quenching to attain HRC38~45.
