T44K Parallel rollers row levelling machine performance:
1.This line is professional equipment for leveling and cutting plate to pieces for thin metal plate,it uaually consists of feeding car,uncoiler,pressing and traction device,level machine,movable bridge,guide correction device,cut-to-length mechanism,film coating device,shearing machine,transition table,pneumatic discharging frame,hydraulic lifting stack table,transport roll table,and hydraulic,pneumatic,electrical control system etc.Control with PLC.
2.This equipment is mainly for processing cold carbon coil,stainless steel coil,and color metal coil etc,can choose optional 6-high,4-high,or 2-high level machine according to customer's request or needs of working plates.
3.According to customer's request,the level machine can use rough and precision to straightening,the cut-to-length can adopt common mechanical electronic,digital frequency,and AC servo technology;shearing machine can choose optional mechanical and hydraulic type,high speed guillotione shearing machine which is droved by electromagnetic or pneumatic clutch,movable catching shear and ruturn flying shearing machine.
