Algeria Brick QT5-15 concrete block machine hollow core is with PLC intelligent control Man-machine interface, control system equipped with complete logic control, production program, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control function. So it doesn’t need a professional person but only need a simple training to the operator.
Production scope: QT5-15 fully automatic block making machine is a multi-function machine, it can produce various bricks/blocks including color-face bricks (layered material feeding), through-body tiles, dock linkage blocks, road curb bricks, solid bricks, hydraulic blocks, hollow blocks, perforated bricks, and standard bricks etc.

QT5-15 host machine:
One base brick making production line usually includes one host machine, one batching machine, one mixer, one block stacker, some bamboo pallets and some molds you need. Cement scale, pigment feeder, srew conveyor and cement silo can be choice.

Block molds:
Gurantee Period: One year after installation finished at buyer's factory.
All kinds of moulds can be produced according to customers’ design or drawing.
Installation service: Our company could send one or two of our engineers to buyers' place to direct the installation and give the operation training. The customers should pay for the cost of room and board, the round-trip tickets and USD70/day/person for our engineers .
