Descriptions of QT4-15 fully automatic fly ash block machine :
“QT” of QT4-15 is given by Chinese government that all of the Concrete Block machine must use this Series Number.
“4” of QT4-15 stands for the production quantity is 4pcs blocks/mould for hollow block 390*190*190mm
“15” of QT4-15 stands for per cycle time is 15 seconds. It means 4moulds can be produced in one minutes.
Characters: Construction Machinery QT4-15 fly ash block machine is with PLC intelligent control.Man-machine interface, control system equipped with complete logic control, production program, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control function. So it doesnt need a professional person but only need a simple trainning to the operator.
Product scope: It produces various bricks/blocks including color-face bricks (layered material feeding), through-body tiles, dock linkage blocks, road curb bricks,sod bricks, hydraulic blockshollow blocks, perforated bricks, and standard bricks etc.
Optional: Colour face material feeder (layered material feeding or called pigment feeder)
Equipped with color face material feeding device, it could make various color face bricks , through-body Environmental protection bricks, road curb rocks, hydraulic blocks and sod bricks and so on.

1. Is this machine suitable for me?
Kindly let us know what size of your bricks that you are planning to produce, you expected capacity for them per shift? We can recommend the right model for you, we have different model with different capacity to fit for buyer’s request!
2. What kind of block this machine can produce?
Our each concrete block machine with multi-functions which can produce different types of bricks by changing different molds. For e.g: hollow block, paver, solid block, curbstone etc.
3. How about the delivery time?
Usually, it can be finished within 30 workdays at sight seeing the deposit and all details confirmed include each mold’s drawing!
4.How’s your payment term?
30% by T/T as deposit, 70% balance payment by T/T before shipment or 100% by confirmed, irrevocable L/C at sight.
5.How about guarantee period?
One year guarantee after installation at buyer’s place.
6.How about installation service?
Our company could send one or two of our engineers to buyers' place to direct the installation and give the operation training.
