1.Description of RO plant water clarifier machine
Each system is custom-designed, based on a range of factors including the specific characteristics of the available feed water, redundancy, and the quality requirements for the desired final product water. Our system can be designed to produce ultrapure water for a range of applications including food, pharmaceutical or microelectronics production, and boiler makeup water for power plants.
Multi-Media filter
This equipment is mainly used for removing big particles, seston and colloid from water for dropping turbidity,and is applicable for the pretreatment of various water or primary filter for industrial water of low quality. The filter material is quartz sand,anthracite and pyrite ore which shall be selected according to the actual demands.The equipment enclosure is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, A3 plastic lined steeland stainless steel.It applies manual control and imported Autotrol/Fleck multiple valve control.
Precise filter
Series precise filter composes of stainless steel enclosure and filter core whose precision grade ranges 0.1um100um for protecting the reverse osmosis membrane from particles and seston, and is also used for removing bacterium and clarifying in medicine and wine. It requires replacing the filter core when the input and output.water pressure difference exceeds 0.1MPa after using for 1-6months.
Reverse osmosis systems
Reverse osmosis systems are used to purify water and remove salts and other impurities from tap and brackish water. It is also capable of rejecting bacteria, sugars, proteins, particles, dyes, and other constituents that have a molecular weight of greater than 150-250 dalton. Our largest tap and brackish water units can come standard with media pre-filters, chemical dosing, and antiscalant. These systems are usually customized to fit individual customer and water application needs
