Insulating Oil Filter with Efficient Vacuum Dehydration, Degassing and Impurity Removal
This insulating oil filtrating machine is used to purify unqualified insulating oils, such as transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, circuit breaker oil, etc. The machine makes the insulting oils regain excellent electrical insulating properties. It also can do vacuum drying and oil filling for power equipment.
Series ZJB is mainly applied to electricity supply industry, industrial and mining enterprises.
Features:
1.With duplex stereo flash evaporation technology and advanced dewatering, degassing methods, ZJB can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas, impurities from oil.
2.Multi-stage precision purification system; mesh filtration combined with molecule adsorption technology.
3.Z-shape heating system to make heating uniformity and decrease power consumption.
4. Foam sensor to avoid oil leaking
5. Temperature controller to protect the machine
6.Interlocked protective system to connect oil pump, heater and liquid level controller. If there has any fault, this oil filtrating machine will be power off automatically.
7.Oil-level floating ball and double-infrared liquid level automatic controller are installed to control the oil level.
8.Series ZJB can not only work independently, but also can cooperate with insulating oil regeneration device to discolor (remove acid, oxide, free carbon) and lower dielectric loss, making the treated oil more limpidity.
