Spec. of car trailer
1. Surface treatment: powder coated or hot-dipped galvanized
Loading capacity: 2000KG
Floor size: 13*6.6ft (4m*2m)
Size can be also tailor made according to customers’ requirements.
Easy loading & unloading: with 2 checker plated loading ramps (3mm thick), size of each loading ramp: 400mm wide and 1500mm high

Bolted on drawbar, RHS tube: 100*50*3mm
Trailer chassis RHS tube: 100*50*3mm
Floor: 2.5mm steel checker plate
Mudguards: 2.5mm steel checker plates
Side steps: 2.5mm steel checker plates
With square bar on the front & sides: 9.5" high at its highest point,
Square bar size: 40*40*2.5mm
3. Suspension system:
With 2 painted Axle: 50mm round solid axle, with 1 set of electric brake
Hydraulic brake is optional
Painted Leaf spring: 7-leaf eye-to-eye springs
Wheel: 4*15" wheel (powder coated steel rim+ DOT certified tire), tire size: 235/75R15
Spare wheel can be supplied at extra cost upon request
4. Standard trailer parts and accessories:
Coupling: Australian standard 50mm ball coupler, or any other type/s of coupling according to locations & requirements of overseas customers
Winch and winch bracket is optional
Safety chain: 8mm diameter in compliance with Australian standard, or to be made according to requirements of other countries’ standards
Jockey wheel: 8" solid wheel, swing up type
5. Electric Set-up
With LED tail lights (ADR certified or E-marked)
With number plate light (ADR certified or E-marked)
With wirings and 7-pin plug
