Property of Raw material

HDPE: tough and flexible,suitable for handing grains, foodstuffs and other produts with no sharp edges and material that has a bulk density of less than 1g/cm^3_.

Nylon: high impact and abrasion resistance, better heat and are well suited for handing hot, abrasive and sticky products.

PU: extremely abrasion resistance,tough and flexible, used in handling sharp, cutting and sticky products.

Mild Steel: general purpose, long life, used in agricultural and industrial products.

Stainless Steel: food grade, corrosive resistance, application for food and high temperature products.

A new mould costs range from $1500 to $6000, which depends on the size and material of customized buckets. We will return the charge when your total quantity reaches a certain quantity.
