YGL-DK Type of Vertical Biomass Boiler • Rice hull is spirally feed and injected into the hearth together with hot air for suspending combustion to achieve the objective for elimination of smoke. • Adoption of smoke bacleflow combustion technology is made with low coefficient of excess air ,high temperature of hearth and high burnout rate. 50-60% rice hull may be saved compared with normal rice hull fired boiler. • Blow-off devices are mounted on the upper, middle and lower body of boiler in order to remove ash on the heating surface of boiler. • Adoption of mechanically automatic blowdown is made to reduce the labor strength of fireman and the boiler room may not be polluted by ash and dust.
