Widely used in the aviation, auto, precision molding industries. GMF series can provide a high-performance mechanical system and a software interface which can be operated easily.
This provides multiple choices that will alow you to fully realize the high precision dream.
Design of machine tool ensures high rigidity of machine body
The structure of machine tool is analyzed with ANSYS at all stages from foundation design to guarantee of high-speed and high-precision continuous machining.
A simulation test for deformation produced when the center of machine tool bears load is conducted to guarantee excellent bending rigidity of machine tool.
Optional external encoder realizes closed loop control.
Screw supporting structure is designed for above more than 5 meters (including 5 meters) gantries.
Optional German ZF gearbox widens machining range.
Optional 90° milling head realizes five-face machining. Optional universal milling head realizes multi-angle machining.
13 series and 15 series are overall gantry frame structure.
AII gear form main transmission is optional.
The optional Z axis rails, rail pre tensioning structure Guosheng patent technology.
As standard each GUOSHENG gantry machining center is equipped with two longitudinal spiral chip cleaners and one transverse link ρlate chip cleaner.
Strong spindle, ensure perfect processing,The gear type spindle variable speed device provides powerful torque during operation at low speed and guarantees stable rotation
during operating at high speed so as to enable wider machining range.By enlarging thickness and diameter of spindle ends and flanges, the spindle with roller bearing
not only strengthens all factors related to spindle system,but also improves cutting performance via clamping force of powerful tools.
