-The tempering furnace is designed in according with standard of GB15763.2-2005,ANSIZ97.1 -2004, EN12150.2:2005.

-Degree of temper: Surface pressure is bigger than or equal to 90Mpa. The disparity of stress value in the same piece of glass will be less than 13MPa.

-Fragmentation:There would exist more than 40 pieces of fragments within area of 50x50mm.

-From distance of 1000mm and in natural light, people can not see any flaws like stress cod, breakage, and so on.

-General smoothness would reach 1.5/1000mm or more.
