1. By use of convection heating technology of high temperature air current formed by injecting compressed air combine with radiant heating, to meet the demand of producing single silver Low-E(E>=0.08) glass for THP type furnace.
2. By use of advanced chiller developed on the basis of patent, make the interference distribution rather adequate.
3. The furnace is equipped with double tempering system, use inverter control system for blower, so as to reduce installing power effectively, and save more energy.
4. Use high quality insulation materials with reasonable insulation layer arrangement and thickened, to reduce heat losses to the greatest extent.
5. By use of automatic control and remote diagnosis system, the zero distance service can be realized.
