What is geothermal source heat pump?

 We should get to know what is the  geothermal before we start to explain   what the geothermal heat pump is. To give a brief definition, geothermal is   the energy from the earth, it is  non-contaminative and sustainable. We have two sources of the  geothermal:  One is coming from the  center of earth, in other words, it  means the centrosphere, the  temperature has reached to as high  as 4000  °C, the huge thermal energy  has turned the rocks into burning   liquids. But it is quite difficult to be  utilized because it is quite far away  from the surface.  The other is coming  from the sunshine. Nearly 50% of the   energy contains in the sunshine has  been absorbed and saved in the  superficial layer of the earth,it is the  energy which can be used by us. 

Actually, the geothermal heat pump system is a converting   system which extracts the  geothermal energy from the sun   and makes it to be used in our daily  heating, cooling and hot water   consumption.   The working principle of this system is, we extract the geothermal   energy through the under ground  loop system including horizontal  and vertical loops, well water or   through mines, tunnels, and lakes   etc, then, a high efficient heat   exchanger will bring the energy to  refrigeration system, by the working  of compressor, it raises the  temperature to the level we need.
