Product Description
RSIC Beam is mixed with high pure green sic powder and SIC fine powder, after slip casting, vacuum sintered under 2450° C, recrystallised the high technology SIC material. Owing to the high purity material (SIC ≥ 99.5%) and none middle combined phase, RSIC has the excellent high-temperature mechanical property,the working temperature can reach to 1650C.
